Shri.M.V.Muthuramalingam, the 72-years old first generation entrepreneur and force majeure of the Velammal Educational institutions has mastered this art. Shri.M.V.Muthuramalingam hails from Ladanendal, a small village in Sivaganga district. He completed his engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. Brought up by a single mother he faced hardships as he grew. These hardships always sharpened his thought process. And he proudly claims that what he is today is because of the life lessons that he learned when he was young. It triggered the spark in him to achieve greater heights.

Coming from a remote village he has always understood the importance of quality education and had a vision to establish schools and colleges that could serve in both the rural and urban areas with global standards which he considered is crucial to bring about a positive impact in society. His success story Includes but not limited to 52 Schools, 3 Engineering Colleges and a Medical College and 2 Nursing College.
