About IQAC
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established on 09-01-2017.
The office of IQAC is located on the first floor of the hospital building. The faculties from various clinical, pre-clinical, and para-clinical departments along with students and external members are members of IQAC. The meeting of IQAC has been scheduled to be conducted 4 times a year to review the performance indicators, and implementation of the action plan thereby enhancing the overall quality of the educational process in the institute.
Vision
“To foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of academic and administrative functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and holistic student development, positioning the institution as a benchmark for quality assurance in education, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and the betterment of society”.
Objectives of IQAC
- Develop a system of all-inclusive action to improve academic and administrative performance
- Promote measures for internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices
Functions
- Develop quality benchmarks and adopt quality enhancement initiatives for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
- Enabling a student-centric learning environment and use of modern technology for in teaching, learning, and evaluation
- Develop a system of collection and analysis of feedback from all stakeholders about the infrastructure, facility, and overall educational environment of the institute.
- Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders; e) Organization of inter and intra-institutional workshops, seminars on quality-related themes and promotion of quality circles;
- Establishing a mechanism of documentation of the various programs/activities leading to quality improvement;
- Periodical conduct of Academic and Administrative Audit and its analysis and remedial measures for addressing the gap.
- Acting as a nodal agency for coordinating with NAAC and preparation and submission of the IIQA/SSR/AQAR as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC.
