The transition for new students from home to hostel is effortless. Certainly, VMCH & RI which is a part of education conglomerate has read the mind and heart of students in detail that allows them to plan their hostel life hassle-free. Hostel review committee meetings are conducted frequently by the hostel administrators to address students’ queries and requirements and to keep them informed on the improvement of services and events. Students are also given the privilege to give suggestions to improve the hostel facilities.
VMCH & RI campus has separate hostels for female students, male students, female CRRI and Junior residents and male CRRI and Junior Residents.
VMCH & RI central library has an established digital library to gain access to a wide range of electronic resources available. The dedicated room has sufficient number of computers and seatings made to assure the joy and comfort of learning.
There are audiovisual rooms acoustically designed to enable group study and presentations without disturbing the crowd in the library, following the library discipline.
For a very nominal fees Photocopying, Printing and Scanning facilities are available inside the library. Jobs will be completed depending on the pending bulk of requests consequently adequate time should be given to the staff.
To do justice to enhanced learning there are personal reading rooms designed with ergonomically configured furniture. These rooms enable a peaceful learning atmosphere and better learning outcomes. Personal textbooks and notebooks are permitted to be taken to this room.
To enjoy a hassle-free reading experience there is personal belongings room where one can leave all their personal belongings before getting inside the library. This facility is available during the library hours so that one can go inside hands-free.
Students are requested to drop their suggestions into the suggestion box kept at the entrance of the Library regarding Ways to improve the functioning of the library, Textbooks, and Journals which would enhance their academic endeavor and Facilities inside the library.
