The Department of Hematology & Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) is dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment, and comprehensive management of blood disorders and blood cancers in both adults and children. Our multidisciplinary team of hematologist, hemato-oncologist, transplant specialists, blood bank staff, nurses, and support staff work together to deliver advanced, evidence-based, and compassionate care.
We specialize in treating a wide range of benign and malignant hematological conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, aplastic anemia, thalassemia, sickle cell disease, bleeding and clotting disorders, and bone marrow failure syndromes. Our department combines cutting-edge technology with personalized treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient.
We have successfully completed 10 Bone marrow transplants in 1 year of starting the BMT Program at our institute. We are in the process of getting CMCHIS scheme for BMT Program.
Our BMT unit is equipped with HEPA-filtered isolation rooms, advanced apheresis technology, dedicated transplant suites, and round-the-clock laboratory and blood bank support. We follow stringent infection control protocols and international treatment standards to ensure patient safety and successful transplant outcomes.
