♦ The event will be held on March 02, 2025 (Sunday) at Velammal Village campus, Madurai.The event will start sharply at 9:00 am
♦ All the registered participants are requested to be in the venue at 8:30 am
♦ Only registered participants are requested to come to the event. No on-spot registration is permitted.
♦ During registration, the doctors should provide age proof. Only those who are between 30 to 60 years are eligible to participate in this walkathon.
♦ The participants will be allowed to participate only in their specified time slots which will be informed after registration.
♦ Participants are advised to Wear shoes, T-Shirts and unique participant number will be provided.
♦ Walkathon will start off by flagging. Ordinary walk and race walk are permitted.
♦ Water facility can be availed by the participants along the track.
♦ Running / Jogging is prohibited and those violating the rules will be disqualified.
♦ Drone and CCTV systems are engaged and will be monitored by the Third Umpires. The recording will be closely monitored and those found to violate the rules will be disqualified by the third umpires.
♦ Panel of judges is a group of doctors, physical education teachers and experts. Their decision is final.
